2. Services Provided

Prime Global Workforce is a staffing and recruitment firm. The Site is provided to facilitate the introduction of candidates to potential employers (“Clients”). We do not guarantee employment for any candidate or the suitability of any candidate for a Client.

3. User Obligations (Candidates)

  • Accuracy: You agree that all information provided in your resume or profile is true and accurate.
  • License: By submitting your resume, you grant us the right to share your professional profile with potential employers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal Use: The Site is for your personal use to seek employment. You may not use it to scrape data or solicit our clients for other purposes.

4. Client Obligations

  • Confidentiality: Clients agree that all candidate resumes sent by Prime Global Workforce are proprietary. Clients shall not contact candidates directly or share their data with third parties without our written consent.
  • Fees: Use of this website does not replace a formal Fee Agreement. All placements are subject to our signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Contingency Agreement.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use any robot, spider, or automated tool to "scrape" job listings or candidate data from our Site.
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
  • Attempt to bypass our security or gain unauthorized access to our candidate database.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The Site is provided without warranties of any kind.
  • No Liability for Hire Outcomes: Prime Global Workforce is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a candidate’s employment with a Client.
  • Texas Law: To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos (including the Prime Global Workforce logo), and website designs are the property of Prime Global Workforce LLC and are protected by US copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts ofTexas.
